Rodrigo Henriques TOCANTIS is a founding partner of the Porto Alegre, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo offices.
He heads the Corporate/M&A department and specializes in structured finance transactions, corporate and financial restructuring, estate planning, inheritance and tax planning, capital markets transactions, and corporate legal advice.
He is fluent in Portuguese, French, and English.
