Arthur BONNET

Arthur Bonnet, a lawyer at the Lyon Bar since 2016, is an associate at Steering Legal in Lyon and practices in the business law field.

After six months of experience in Philadelphia, he joined Maître Romain Luciani in March 2016, with whom he developed his expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate law.

He brings this legal expertise to bear on a pragmatic approach to cases and an educational approach to French and international clients.
