Eric BERNARD is a Counsel specialized in business law, with a particular focus on company law, stock market law and commercial litigation. He joined Steering Legal in 2015, where he chose to remain as counsel, after spending 10 years at Arago Avocats as a founding partner.
He became a lawyer over 30 years ago. He is a graduate of ESSEC and holds a law degree. He was a project manager at the AMF and has worked in leading law firms in Paris. He also teaches at ESSEC, notably in a course on ‘litigation strategy’.
He assists his clients by providing legal advice on fundraising, M&A, company law and assisting them in commercial litigation.
