Florian Guais has been a lawyer since 2003 and is specialized in mergers and acquisitions and tax law.
He advises small and medium-sized national and international companies, providing them with day-to-day assistance on all tax issues they may face and, more generally, on their tax strategy.
He assists his clients during tax audits and disputes, and advises them on specific transactions (mergers and acquisitions, partial asset transfers, external growth, etc.) in support of the Corporate/M&A team’s operations.
