Julie Ricot has joined the Lyon team as a legal counsel,  specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity.

With a legal background focused on business law and corporate finance, she gained valuable professional experience during a year spent in Toronto, Canada, where she perfected her language and interpersonal skills.

Back in Lyon, she now works as a legal counsel specializing in corporate law and corporate taxation. She assists start-ups and SMEs with their day-to-day legal operations (company formation, approval of accounts, etc.) and one-off projects (restructuring, fundraising, disposals, etc.).
