Oumarou Sanda KADRI

Oumarou Sanda KADRI has been a partner at Steering Legal in Niger since 2015.

Oumarou has extensive experience in OHADA business law, telecommunications and information technology law, and labor law, and has actively participated in several legal reforms in Niger.

Oumarou has extensive experience in corporate law covering energy and renewable energy, banking and finance, telecommunications/information technology, and natural resources, as well as corporate advisory services.

His diverse experience includes advising on several corporate finance transactions, oil and gas transactions, infrastructure projects, energy projects, and numerous mergers and acquisitions.

He worked for several years in one of Niger’s leading law firms, established in 1962.

Since 2021, he has been President of the Niger Bar Association.
