Mira El Mir has been a member of the Paris Bar since January 2023.
She joined the Corporate/M&A team to provide advice, litigation, and arbitration services to French and international clients.
She mainly advises on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, as well as corporate law and commercial litigation.
