Nadia HOARAU currently works at Steering Legal in Lyon as a Paralegal, where she draws on her rich and diverse experience in legal assistance, formalities management, and case tracking in corporate law.

She holds a Law Degree and a University Diploma in Legal Secretarial Studies from the University of Lyon II. She began her career with a DEUG (two-year university diploma) in Law before moving into the field of legal assistance.

In 2007, she began her career with a law firm in Lyon, where she worked for more than eight years.
This experience enabled her to acquire a solid understanding of the role of an assistant and to develop real skills in legal research and drafting.

After a stint in 2015 in the legal department of the ENGIE Group, where she enriched her experience by putting her skills acquired in a law firm to good use, while developing specific expertise in the management of claims and payment orders, she joined Maître Romain Luciani’s team in November 2016 as a paralegal, where she works primarily in corporate law and legal formalities management.
