Stéphanie Berland, Partner in charge of Steering Legal IP-IT, Data & Media department, had this year again the privilege to give a lecture at the LL.M. | MBA “European Film Business and Law” class of Erich Pommer Institut gGmbH, in cooperation with Filmuniversität Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF and Universität Potsdam, on “Legal framework – Key Market: France”.

It has been a pleasure for her to share with students, high-level professionals from the media sector, information and advice on the particularities of the French legal regime applicable to film production and the renowned French film financing system, give a focus on the no less famous “media chronology” and brainstorm on the impact of AI on the cultural sector and possible future regulation. The level of engagement of the students and insightful questions made this session very dynamic and fruitful.
