Alice Armitano, attorney-at-law admitted to the Marseille Bar, joined Olivier Guinard‘s team in 2025 to contribute to the firm’s development in Marseille and more broadly across the Southern region.

She advises both French and international clients on complex business litigation as well as on transactional matters, including contract law and corporate law.

Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience in international and innovative environments, which allowed her to develop a cross-functional approach to the legal and business challenges faced by companies.
