Gwenaëlle Artur has been a lawyer since 1996 and she’s the head of the Employment Law department at Steering Legal Paris.
She has developed a solid expertise in employment law, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation, within leading international law firms.
She assists French and international companies with all their labor issues, with recognized expertise in complex reorganizations and redundancy procedures, both individual and collective.
Since 2010, she has been the partner lawyer for the NUMEUM union, which brings together professional organizations in the digital, consulting, engineering, events, and professional training sectors. In this capacity, she provides cross-functional advice to strategic players in the sector on HR transformations and major social issues, such as the deployment of AI in companies.
With her extensive experience, Gwenaëlle is also regularly called upon to assist executives in delicate situations, such as departure negotiations, optimization of severance packages, and management of sensitive disputes.
She also participates in international conferences (EELA, IBA) and leads training sessions on developments in labor law, with an operational focus on their organizational and managerial impacts.
