César Solis has been a lawyer since 2013 and is counsel in the employment law department at Steering Legal in Paris. He advises French and international companies and groups on all aspects of employment law, assisting them with their HR strategy, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation.
His practice covers both individual and collective relations, including the implementation of new forms of work, the prevention of physical and psychosocial risks, and issues related to health and safety at work.
He has developed particular expertise in the social aspects of reorganizations and business transfers, collective bargaining, health and safety (internal HR investigations), and compensation and support for senior executives (banking sector).
He approaches labor law issues with pragmatic solutions.
Trilingual (English, Spanish, French), of Latin American origin (Guatemala), trained partly abroad (Spain, United States) and in international law firms, he assists an international clientele in particular, helping them to understand complex legal issues in France.
He is a member of various international lawyers’ associations (IBA, EELA, EILA, ASNALA) and regularly speaks at international lawyers’ conferences in France and Europe. He regularly writes and publishes articles on legal doctrine and interviews on current affairs for magazines specializing in labor law, including “Jurisprudence Sociale Lamy,” “Semaine Sociale Lamy,” “Liaisons Sociales Quotidien,” “LexTv,” and “LexBase.”
