Stéphanie Berland, Partner in charge of Steering Legal IP-IT, Data & Media department, had the honor to give on January 14, 2023 another lecture at the LL.M. | MBA “European Film Business and Law” class of Erich Pommer Institut GmbH, in cooperation with Filmuniversität Babelsberg, Konrad Wolf and Universitat Potsdam on “Contracting Fundamentals: Coproduction Agreements”.

She shared with these high-level professionals from the film and TV sector and media law, highlights on key provisions of coproduction agreements and potential issues that may arise, based on case law and experience. Discussions with participants were once again very fruitful.
