Stéphanie Berland, Partner in charge of Steering Legal IP-IT, Data & Media department, was pleased and honored to give another lecture on April 30th, 2023 at the LL.M. | MBA “European Film Business and Law” class of Erich Pommer Institut GmbH, in cooperation with Filmuniversität Babelsberg, Konrad Wolf and Universitat Potsdam on “Legal dispute resolution: contract execution and civil case litigation”.

She presented to students, high-level professionals from the film and TV sector and media law, possible strategies in case of judicial litigation (contractual, civil as well as criminal litigation) and shared examples from her experience as litigator and from case law to illustrate the topic.
