Unisys, a global IT solutions company, has acquired a 100% stake in Mobinergy Group, which specializes in Unified Endpoint Management. Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) centralizes the security and control of desktops, laptops, cell phones and tablets on a single console in a consistent and connected manner.

Mobinergy, with operations in France, the United Kingdom and Germany, expands and enhances Unisys’ existing UEM expertise.

Unisys is financing the transaction with its cash and Mobinergy’s business will be developed globally to expand the EMU business.
