Margot LERISSEL has been a member of the Lyon Bar since January 2023.

She joined Romain LUCIANI‘s team to provide expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and legal support for start-ups, SMEs, and mid-cap companies in both day-to-day operations and external growth and private equity transactions.

She also assists company directors with group restructuring and business acquisitions.
