Butler Industries has taken control of the Pierre Hermé Paris group, via the acquisition of 100% of the shares held by LOG Investment (a L’Occitane Group company) in the capital of PHP Invest, the holding company of the Pierre Hermé Group, which specializes in the field of delicatessen, chocolate and haute-pâtisserie.

The holding company of the shareholders of L’Occitane Group had become a majority shareholder in 2019, four years after having entered the capital of the Pierre Hermé Paris house, named after its creator who founded it in 1997 and was crowned best pastry chef in the world in 2016.

Steering Legal assisted LOG Investment, with Nuno de Ayala Boaventura and Agathe Martin in corporate, as well as Gwenaëlle Artur and César Solis, in labor law
